Express your feelings in a safe way. From mental health professionals to friends and family members, or support groups, there is someone who is willing to listen. Keeping those feelings inside can lead to bitterness and resentment.
Need to tell your story? Angry? It's all part of healing. Choose safe ways to express anger and frustration. Pounding a pillow is a good outlet for expressing the unfairness you feel.
Understand that others may need to grieve differently than you do. That's okay. You can still support each other as long as you (and they) remember to respect each others needs.
Use your journal or a notebook to write out feelings, longings, and questions/answers you have.
