Need to tell your story? Angry? It's all part of healing. Choose safe ways to express anger and frustration. Pounding a pillow is a good outlet for expressing the unfairness you feel.
Understand that others may need to grieve differently than you do. That's okay. You can still support each other as long as you (and they) remember to respect each others needs.
Use your journal or a notebook to write out feelings, longings, and questions/answers you have.
