It can help to talk to people who understand, no matter where you are in life. Maybe you need to talk. These others will listen. Maybe you long to connect. Maybe you want to find insight or ideas for navigating the holidays. Maybe you can reach out to show someone in the darkness a little light and hope.
Find support somewhere. You are important. You matter. You are not alone.
