I'm always on the lookout for good resources. I've added one to Way for Hope's Resources page today that gives a lot of information about suicide and, specifically, about how suicide can affect professionals in the medical field. Professionals of all kinds - doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, counselors, therapists, ministers, educational and community leaders, and many more - may seem to be exempt from having suicidal thoughts, but this is not true.
Healthcare Professionals & Suicide: An Online Guide to Awareness and Prevention is a free guide available at this link:

Whenever we can learn more and pass along information that might help others, we are doing something that changes the way mental health and suicide prevention is viewed.
