A Meditation for Healing After Loss

The downloadable file at the end of this post is a gentle meditation best experienced before sleep. It is whispered in an ASMR* style to help you relax, think about the one you lost, and calm any anxiety or worry you might be feeling.

Grieving is exhausting and painful. Self-care and nurturing can help you stay in the present moment where you can breathe and bring a bit of healing to your mind.

Please do not listen to this meditation while driving, supervising children, or at times when you need to focus on a task.

I hope you find moments of peace through this message. That is how we survive great loss.

My thoughts are with you.

A new year brings new healing moments to those who have lost a loved one. This is a good time to start a gratitude journal. Writing down the smallest blessings helps ease the ache of loss.
